Avalon Farm Events Basic Package


Use of Barn and Property from 10am till 11:30 pm day of event for up to 125 guests

Rehearsal during the week Mon-Fri after 5pm (time and date to be determined with event manager and coordinator)

On site manager for entire event and additional event staff members

On site office/sitting area for bride or groom

Shuttle service from parking area to the barn, to include certified drivers, parking attendants

Bar Tender

Golf Cart to assist with handicap/elderly to barn (operated by staff only)

Clearly marked parking signs for guests and Uber

Use of kitchen with refrigerator, sink, freezer, commercial food warmer

Coffee Station with table, coffee maker, cups and cream/sugar

As an environmental conscious Nature preserve all dinner ware- plates, cake plates, silverware, cups and napkins will be provided and recycled. NO GLASS on property except for bar area

Trash cans and liners and trash pick up provided by Avalon Farm Events

Keg buckets and drink buckets

We provide all Ice

On site restroom with additional porta potty as needed

Designated Smoking area and buckets provided NO SMOKING IN THE BARN!
